Hello!
I like how you draw clouds here. Also you have not bad for beginner understanding of light and shadow and anatomy of griffin. Hover, I see here some issues.
Firstly, your griffin looks a little fat and short, because you lost ribcage of it. Secondly, the griffin's wings looks broken. For better understanding, bones of bird's wings look like our hand. Also feathers on the wing have certain structure. I recommend you to search some photos of wings and also look at this tutorial:
www.deviantart.com/art/Bird-Wi…
What about hind legs? You draw them not bad, but paws too big and they constructed not very right. For help you may look this tutorial: www.deviantart.com/art/Paw-Tut…
Now the beak... Beak is 2 parts of scull and they are must be separated.

Also you should to find some photos with beaks in this position.
Another issue is front legs. You draw them in very different foreshortening.
About coloring. You should to make more details and don't blur so much
In addition, some advices : try to study some other foreshortening, perspective and composition. And I think, in future you will make good illustrations <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=":) (Smile)"/>
Hope it helpful. Good luck!
